NoxLuxx will make every reasonable effort to prepare and ship your merchandise as soon as physically possible.
NoxLuxx prepapres and packages orders as they are received. In some instances it may be neccesary for Noxluxx to actually construct the product purchased.
NoxLuxx retains the preference of 3 days to prepare and ship the order. Most orders are processed the same day they are received.
In the extremely rare event that NoxLuxx is unable to process your order within a timely fashion, the buyer will be notified. It will be the buyers option at that point to agree to wait or accept a refund.
ALL NOXLUXX FLASHLIGHTS HAVE FREE LIFETIME TECHNICAL SUPPORT.
Noxluxx has a standing offer to refund your money if you are not completely satisfied with our flashlights. This offer is valid for 14 days from the day you receive your new NoxLuxx flashlight.
To exercise your right of return the following conditions must be met:
1. The product must be undamaged and in re-saleable new condition. No scratches, dents, blemishes, markings, personalizations, etc.... If such a condition exists we may still be able to work something out but Noxluxx reserves the right for final determination.
2. An RMA (return merchandise authorization) number must be obtained prior to return of merchandise. To obtain an RMA please email DEHC111@gmail.com describing your situation. Please include details about the item purchased, date, amount, and other pertinent information.
3. You must pay return shipping.
4. You agree to 15% restocking fee.
5. You agree that Noxluxx has made reasonable effort to satisfy your claim and further agree to not leave any negative feedback regarding the transaction and your business with NoxLuxx.
